Group coaching is a remarkably effective tool for any personal growth journey.  The group coaching environment is a safe space where you can share your experiences and challenges with like minded individuals who are going through experiences just like you.  Helping you not feel so alone on your journey.

Group coaching with Chris is fun and interactive.  Each week you will be given dynamic presentations on the many phases of weight loss from someone who has been there himself. I offer several programs designed to help you through the different phases of a weight loss journey. Your weight loss journey will go through many transformations as you progress forward.  

The way you lose weight in the beginning will not look like the middle and the end will look different from both of those.  This is a JOURNEY.  Along this journey you will be continually evolving your life and a major part of this journey is education.  There is a lot to learn and I have created several courses to help you through the various phases of weight loss.  

These courses cover many various aspects of weight loss from mindful eating, calorie tracking, introduction to exercise, mindset work, and lifestyle changes.  

All courses are interactive with specific action items for you to use on your journey.
