Calorie Budgeting Tools

If you have a plan you will be more likely to achieve your weight loss goals. Having the right tools is essential for success.  Tracking apps like My Fitness Pal and Lose It are great tools for tracking individual meals and even a single day but they are not the most helpful tool for budgeting and planning out your days and weeks.  They are even less effective for monitoring progress and being used to help you make choices on where to adjust your weight loss strategy.

To help my clients achieve their weight loss goals I have created a set of tools and resources to help them stay on track and focused on their progress.  I am now offering one of these tools to everyone!
