WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Jodikekp, Podcast review

I have been a yo-yo dieter most of my life. Back in November 2021, I decided that I’m gonna do this one more time, for the last time. Then I discovered Chris on TikTok. I enjoy his content so much, that I sought him out on other sites. He has taught me so much about weight loss! His podcasts are so motivational! I love the fact that he has been there, he knows what I am going through. He keeps it real. He talks about so many things that I have dealt with. And honestly, he’s just fun to listen to. Thank you, Chris! You’ve been such a tremendous help! oh, and by the way, as of right now, I am down 82 pounds in 10 months to do.

Renee, Facebook Group Review

I am SO grateful for the kindness in this group and that I found Chris on Tik Toc the day I planned on deleting that app! He doesn't know it but he threw me the life jacket I needed. I was overweight all my life. Almost 4 years ago I had gastric bypass at the Cleveland Clinic. I lost, and maintained (give or take 10lbs), 178 pounds. I'm grateful to avoid knee replacement, resolve diabetes I wasn't aware I had, and resolve sleep apnea. The one thing the process did NOT teach me, which may sound crazy, is how to eat. I became obsessive over exercise and would avoid "forbidden" foods( I was taught all carbs are bad) and cry over what I can eat now vs a few years ago or cry just in general becausevI was keeping my calories too low. For the FIRST time in my life, this journey to lose these remaining 50lbs makes sense.. everything from Journaling to being OK with it taking time, to accepting good days and bad days with grace, to fall off the horse but being able to get back on. I could ramble on but thank you to all of you guys on here for sharing ideas, thoughts, and your stories and if by chance you see this....Chris thank you for your wisdom, kindness, motivation, and passion to help and support others
