My name is Chris, a weight loss and motivational coach with a passion for helping those who have been in a battle with losing weight and improving their relationship with food and their body.
What makes me different from other coaches?
To be honest, it's because I've been there.
Losing weight isn't some theory I learned in a book. I did it in my own life as I lost 125 lbs after decades of elevator dieting. You know what I am talking about right? Up and down over and over again.
I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people lose weight slowly, and sustainably through my coaching, courses, & content. Teaching others the way to lose weight and keep it off has been the greatest joy of my life.

Group coaching takes two different forms here at CTC. The first is instructional coaching where you will be able to learn as a group all that is needed to lose weight.
The second is the ongoing support. This is designed to help keep you on track while also helping you find a network of others on the same journey to help keep you moving forward towards success.
Some people just need access to some basic and general information to keep them going on their journey to discovering the body they have always wanted.
If that is you then my free content will be the best pathway forward. You will have access to all of my free content. Audio, written, and visual mediums are all used to help you learn in the way that best matches your learning style.
Climb Your Mountain
There I was, my friend said let's hike this trail, it will be fun. I said no. I knew I could not make the climb. I was too big and too out of shape. All I could do was look at that mountain and dream.
I was done dreaming.
I vowed then and there to myself I would be back to climb that mountain. 1 year later I returned. I climbed that mountain. I brought my camera to take the pictures but the best photo was not the one I took but the one taken of me. I had done it! I had climbed the mountain.
