The 10 Habits of Weight Loss

Members of the Guild of Champions seek to maintain a core set of 10 habits.  These habits create sustainable weight loss and help to protect any weight loss.  

The 10 Habits

  1. Drink 60 oz of water per day.

  2. Eat 6 oz of protein at lunch and at dinner with 1 of being a lean source.

  3. Eat only when hunger and stopping when I've had enough.

  4. Sleep 7-9 hours per night. 

  5. Structured exercise for 20 minutes 3 times per week.

  6. 7,000 - 10,000 steps per day as a rolling average. 

  7. Read 10 minutes of a personal development book per day. 

  8. Learn 1 thing about weigh management every day.

  9. Eat snacks and snack time and treats at treat time.

  10. Set utensils or food down between bites
