Members of the Guild of Champions seek to maintain a core set of 10 habits. These habits create sustainable weight loss and help to protect any weight loss.
The 10 Habits

Drink 60 oz of water per day.

Eat 6 oz of protein at lunch and at dinner with 1 of being a lean source.

Eat only when hunger and stopping when I've had enough.

Sleep 7-9 hours per night.

Structured exercise for 20 minutes 3 times per week.

7,000 - 10,000 steps per day as a rolling average.

Read 10 minutes of a personal development book per day.

Learn 1 thing about weigh management every day.

Eat snacks and snack time and treats at treat time.

Set utensils or food down between bites
