Is Now the Time?

Is this the time for you to lose the weight?  You have tried dieting in the past and nothing has taken long term.  Maybe you have never tried to lose weight and you have zero idea where to even start.  There is so much information out there on weight loss that it can be really overwhelming to just figure out how to start.  

Weight loss doesn't have to be miserable.  You can do this and without giving up everything you love.  It's not about what you have to give up but what you can add to your life to help you achieve the life you want.

 

What is This Coaching Thing?

Most of my clients have never tried weight loss coaching before so there can be a lot of apprehension towards it. This is understandable. 

I am sure you don’t want some intense drill instructor type getting into your face telling you to push harder and telling you to change everything all at once.  Fortunately, that is the exact opposite of what you can expect with my weight loss coaching services.


Coaching services with me will be providing continual support, guidance, and encouragement along your journey.  In our sessions I will help you remove mental and emotional blocks that are keeping you from losing the weight.  I teach you strategies and techniques to help you stay on track. We also work together to identify habits and routines that are working against you and replace them with habits that help you achieve what you want.

A Message From Chris

I want to thank you for consideration of giving me the honor of being your coach. 


There is probably something that I have shared somewhere that has resonated with you.  I know how daunting weight loss can seem because I've been there!  That mountain seems unclimbable. Know that I am here to help you in a way that is free of all judgment, criticism, or unkindness.  I've been where you are now and I want to help!

I want you to know from the bottom of my heart, that if I have been able to help you in some small way, I consider everything I do a success.  One of the greatest joys in life is helping others find improved happiness, optimism, or positivity in life.  I want you to know, that no matter what, you matter, and you deserve to have the things you desire most in life.

I Understand Your Fears

If we work together, I won’t be asking for too many changes from you at once.  I will have your back and provide continual support and accountability in a way that is free of guilt and shame. 


We celebrate victories big and small together and we work through the hard times together to extract the lessons needed for future success. 

The sessions have structure and flexibility.  We go at a pace that you can do but I also provide a gentle but constant push in the right direction.  My only goal is your success in the long term. 

 

Requirements

Yes, there are requirements.  Weight loss won’t happen by mistake or by accident. I promise to never lie to my clients about the journey.  That means recognizing that there some things you will need to bring to the table to achieve the success you have been dreaming about. 

  1. Be ready to make changes to achieve the things you want.

  2. Have a desire to take consistent steps towards your long-term goals and let go of the need to punish your body or mind to achieve it.

  3. A willingness to trust the process. To recognize that there is much to learn about yourself along this beautiful and wonderful journey of achieving your goals.

  4. Be willing to work your entire being and not just focusing on the number on the scale.

Is Weight Loss Coaching Right For You?

This is For You

  • This program is for you if you’re a driven and action-taking individual who is ready to step up and create a body and a life you love.

  • If you’re fiercely committed to getting over your struggle surrounding food and weight then this program is for you.

  • It’s for you if your long-term health and wellness fuels your passion for making a change.

  • This program is for you if now is the time for  you finally let go of excuses and commit to getting what you truly want.

Not For Everyone

  • If you want to know EXACTLY what to eat and how much of it.  I don’t do that.

  • You are looking for “hacks”.  I don’t have those.  No one does.

  • If you prefer to make excuses vs. taking action or if you’re not fully committed to your own success this may not be the program for you.

  • If you’re looking for a quick fix or to lose weight quickly or if you have a large number to lose by a specific deadline.

  • If you are currently under medical care for an eating disorder or major health issue.
